I have been looking online to see if I can find a really good low impact work-out program. I’m looking for the best fat burner without too much hard work on my body. I want to get the best bang for my buck. Since I found out that I was ill about a year ago that has been my goal. However, not being able to feel my right side has really made this much more difficult. In addition to that, I tend to get very tired after about 10 minutes of anything. I mean, really, I break a sweat doing the dishes.

You’d think that if my body was working that hard to only stay standing that I would be a twig! No such luck though. I guess that I will keep looking around to see what I can find.

Maybe I will get lucky.
