My blinds in my apartment need replacing, badly. The ones in the front (there are only two sets) have a slat missing and the ones in the bedroom are too short for my super odd shaped/sized windows. I am thinking of taking down the ones that are here now, putting them to the side (where they would be safe until move out) and hanging some faux wood blinds. Everything in my house is brown, black, or pine colored. I’m a really earthy person.
Now I have seen some really pretty blinds at Kmart and at Wal Mart. I’d go to Home Depot, but all it does is make me want my own house. Plus the place is so big, I tend to get lost and seeing as my husband and I don’t shop in the same sections, I am wandering the store forever and by the time I find him, I’m super tired and want to go home.
if I had the money I would just hire someone to come in and totally redecorate my house. But, alas, this is not the case. So we just have to live with our own attempt at it.
