I don’t know what’s been going on with me lately, but I’ve been drinking quite a bit more alcohol than usual. I think I just want to relax and have some escapism. Of course for me, a lot of alcohol is like, three beers, so there ya go. Also, why does beer make your farts smell so bad? I swear this never happened when I was younger. Maybe there’s something in the beer that wasn’t there before?
This little kitty looks like a furry superhero. It takes a creative mind, some skill with box cutters and a very tolerant kitty to pull this off. I used to be pretty good at crafting stuff with cardboard. I know it isn’t a very widely used medium, but I’ve made some decent stuff with boxes, box cutters, scissors and hot glue. I made a light tent for photographing stuff… I also made a kitty playhouse.
This year, I bought my first “prosumer” grade sound card, and it has been a terrible experience. It was an E-mu soundcard, and it’s been nothing but trouble- doesn’t play well with my recording software, requires rebooting on a regular basis. So, I finally had it, and I’m buying a new one… M-audio delta 44 is on the way and my old E-mu is up for grabs. I’ve been thinking about a new synth, too… maybe that would be the way to give my hobby a little kick-start.
