I was up really late, then had a hard time sleeping last night… that means that I didn’t actually start sleeping until at least 5:30 this morning. I woke up around 1 and my wife and I were off to her friends house to celebrate the fourth. We grazed on chips, mixed veggies and other snack foods for our breakfast. All of this gorging makes me think about what I can use as a fat burner to shed some of the calories I’m ingesting. Well, I didn’t make a total pig of myself- I only ate one burger. It was all the chips and stuff that were bad for me… and not the quantity, but the constant eating…
We watched the twilight zone marathon on TV before the fireworks show. The fireworks were pretty darn good, but there was a lot of traffic on the way out.
