About 6 months ago I got a “Depo” shot. For those of you that are unaware what this product is, its a birth control shot that is given to you every three months by your doctor. Now what no one tells you is, you are going to gain about 20 lbs and your face will start to look like you are going through puberty all over again. As if that were not enough, your emotions are completely out of control.
I don’t have much, but I have always had a really nice complexion. Even when I was going through puberty I didn’t have a huge problem with acne. That leaves me without any knowledge of any products, I mean, for the lords sake, I never even washed my face growing up except to get the make-up from last nights party off my face. Now, I am 25 and just now having to worry about things like acne treatments. I haven’t been able to try out alot of products but I have seen several commercials for things like Proactive, murad and several specialty make-up’s that are supposed to not only help by not clogging your pores but also have acne fighting medication within them.
Now, you see, those are only a few. I’m not sure what the difference is, but as with everything else, its trial and error. I think i’m going to just have to start trying things from Wal Mart until I finally find some combination of chemicals to counteract the damned hormones…
